Perenio IoT postpones global Kickstarter campaign until the end of quarantine restrictions due to coronavirus pandemic

The Czech technology startup Perenio IoT with manufacturing base in China announces rescheduling the launch of a global campaign on the Kickstarter platform.

It was scheduled for March, but was postponed due to the worldwide situation with the spread of coronavirus. For several months, production facilities in China were blocked, state borders are closed. The official launch date of the product on Kickstarter will be announced further. The start will take place after the end of the quarantine period and restrictions imposed worldwide. Hope that will happen in june.

The ability to leave a pre-order is still available via the link. You need to fill a form only, no prepayment is required. After registration, the user will receive a letter with detailed information, an invitation to a closed community and in future user will be able to take advantages of special conditions after official launch of the Kickstarter campaign.

“Many industrial exhibitions and conferences, sports and cultural events are canceled worldwide, states are closing borders, brands are canceling product releases, universities and companies are moving into remote work. Factories in China are closed for a few months, including our production. Of course, all of these measures are compulsory and necessary to cut the spread of the new virus. In these circumstances, we decided to postpone a Kickstarter campaign of our project until quarantine restrictions end. We use this time to improve our product with developers and testers. We want to say thank you to all people who have already made a preorder! Thank you for your interest in our project and for your patience. All incoming registrations are processed by our managers, communication continues. After the launch of the public Kickstarter campaign, all those who have left such a preliminary application will definitely receive special conditions. We live in a global world and are forced to respond to circumstances beyond our control. We hope that we will all be able to return to the usual way of life and work soon, ”said Perenio IoT Business Development Director Sergei Kostevich.
