The newly offering is CELSIUS C740, a 1U rack-mounted workstation equipped with the latest Intel Xeon processor. Operating efficiency is achieved through physically integrating the workstation environments dispersed among different locations.
The CELSIUS C740 is a rack-mounted workstation equipped with the latest Intel Xeon E5 processor family. The 1U size (based on EIA standards) is the smallest size rack-mounted type, and it can be consecutively mounted to server room racks without any gaps. It is also compatible with the latest graphics cards, NVIDIA Quadro K5200/K4200/K2200/K620/K420, and can therefore process CAD and CAE, along with applications such as those that conduct analysis simulations at high speeds, providing a convenient work environment.
This product allows for the workstations of each respective user to be physically co-located in one location. By constructing a desktop environment that users connect to through a network from their client terminal and connecting to it to use C740, overall operational efficiency is improved, with higher security and lower maintenance costs.
In addition, the RemoteAccess card, which can be equipped as a customized option, can compress CELSIUS C740 image data as if it were hardware in order to transmit the data faster to client terminals. By connecting the RemoteAccess card to the highly compatible FUJITSU Thin Client FUTRO L420 zero client terminal, even when working from a remote location, users can feel as if their own dedicated PC workstation is nearby. It also supports the C740 remote management controller, and is equipped with features required for server room equipment, such as remote operating functions via a network and 24-hour continuous operations.
