Latest 2.5-inch 640GB dual platter HDD meets increasing demand for high capacity energy efficient storage
Toshiba Europe Storage Device Division, the world leader in small form factor hard disk drive (HDD) technology, has announced the launch of the highest capacity 2.5-inch drive to date. The MK6465GSX 640GB dual platter drive, with its 5400RPM will provide Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) with a high capacity drive which doesn’t compromise on portability or power consumption.
"Toshiba is dedicated to the innovation of small form factor drives and the MK6465GSX HDD is part of a new line of products developed to provide high capacity storage for applications with limited space such as commercial and consumer notebook PCs, all-in-one desktop PCs, Energy Star PCs, high-definition television, set-top-boxes and game consoles."
