At the distributor executive review in Prague (5-6 October, 1999) Quantum recognized ASBIS as its largest trade partner in the Former Soviet Union, Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and African countries. The Quantum Product Line Manager of ASBIS Nord company, Viktor Zernov, won the "Best SCSI Quantum seller" personnel award.
