Middle East IT channel community honored ASBIS for stellar performance

ASBIS Middle East, a subsidiary of ASBISC Enterprises PLC (WSE: ASB), has been acknowledged the “IT Distributor of the Year (Broadline)”, whilst Mr. Hesham Tantawi, Vice President of ASBIS Middle East, was named the “Channel Executive of the Year” at the ‘Channel ME Awards’ ceremony, which was held at the Conrad hotel, in Dubai, UAE, on April 13, 2016.

The event, held alongside a gala dinner, attracted over 360 IT leaders from the vendor, distributor, reseller and retailer community across the Gulf region, where they were honored for their stellar performances and dedication to the development of the regional channel over the last 12 months.

‘Channel ME Awards’ recognizes companies, partner programmers and individuals that have done the most to build and improve the wellbeing of the regional IT channel sector.
